This is a great step forward for Mexico City.The mayor and those responsible should be commended for their sensible, liberal actions.I applaud them!As for the Catholic Church - quote,"The family is under attack," warned Mexico City Cardinal Norberto Rivera, saying that the "perverse" measure would inflict psychological damage on "innocent children.", what hypocrisy. This from a church that continues to be in the spotlight for the appalling abuse by its priests of children and the criminal cover-up efforts by its hierarchy including the pope!
